de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 18h.

Des stages pour les enfants de 4 à 12 ans sont organisés à Una Volta pendant les vacances scolaires, ainsi que des stages et masterclasses pour adultes durant la saison. Pour les adultes, des stages de Yoga Iyengar animés par Valeria Bottari-Rossi, enseignante certifiée, sont proposés certains samedis de l’année.
